Treated vulnerable assault victim with suspicion and hostility as if she was the criminal. Much more concerned with saving the health insurance a buck than actually treating patients. So flooded with patients they have no idea who you are even if you have been coming here for years. Sit on hold over an hour to get through on main appt line.
