I have never before been brought to tears by a doctor by asking about alternatives to what they prescribed. I was made to feel like an absolute idiot for having an idea of what I wanted to have happen with MY body. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone for more than a routine screening. I asked about a hysterectomy, and because of my age alone (not my medical conditions) she said she would not feel comfortable doing that surgery because she "has to sleep at night too". I will not see her again.
