What a horrible experience. Got cancelled two weeks before surgery at the final pre-op appointment for not completing two office requirements that they admit they neglected to even tell me about, and that weren't required by insurance or the hospital. Two things from this review: one, you cannot trust the staff to exhibit a basic degree of competence, and two, Rajev Nain believes with this whole being that his time is more important than yours. Raj, your time is not more important than mine.
