Dr Shaw was arrogant and has poor demeanor with patients. He talks more about himself being from New York City, as if that is a special qualification. He doesn't listen to the patient at all. He doesn't believe that he needs to. Patients, however know their own body. he divulges inappropriate patient information in front of others, without hesitation and without apology. He is a poor physicians and I pity anyone who is assigned to him, as they will not let you change physicians. I don't see how he was employed at Washington University School of Medicine especially since he says that he does not trust the expertise of other physicians there.
