Dr. Mangla is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, kind, and a wonderful doctor. Plus the experience for a colonoscopy at Norwalk surgical center was 100%!

I told 2 staff members, who called for pre-op instruction, that my blood results showed an infection. I told them I was sick with a bronchial infection for more than a week. Nobody said to reschedule. The day of my procedure, after not eating a day and a half, the anaesthesiologist is the one who sent me home. 2 days wasted, plus a friend who had to take the day off for me. She was supposed to call me because I left rather than wait to speak with fer (I was very hungry). That was over a week ago, nobody ever called. I'm now seeing a new Dr and have to go through exam and get on his schedule all over again. VERY unprofessional, uncaring and simply awful experience
