He is not ready to listen to patient needs or concerns. I switched from Kaiser because he meddled in my discussions with my primary doctor. He refused and stopped my doctor from prescribing a medicine that put me into remission. He only insisted on biologics. He cost me a lot of money. I reached remission by LDN that he did not prescribe and did not let my primary physician in Kaiser prescribe either. Bad experience!
