This doctor who works for Calviva reviewed my prior authorization for a knee replacement. My primary and Orthopedic doctor referred me to me to get a surgery on my knee due to the bone is grinding against each other. This doctor without knowing my pain or my case denied my prior authorization. I have never seen this so call Orthopedic who lives miles from me and he denied my case for a payment from calviva please. How is he practicing and receiving payments from an isurance to deny prior authorizations.
