Yesterday I went to Access Medical Associates in Branchburg, NJ and during my visit blood was drawn by a staff member. Today I went back to the office asking for someone to quickly check on the unusual bruising and swelling that was caused by yesterdays visit. I was told I must be billed for a visit for someone to check the bruising. Dr. Ramon Rego and his staff refused to look at my tender, bruised and swollen arm unless I was charged for the visit. I'm appalled by the unprofessionalism!
