Dr. Gadi has difficulty following through on requested clearances for surgery. He spends the bare minimum time with you. There is no identification of office personnel so you know who you are talking to. They repeatedly told me that the required clearance would be faxed to the requesting doctor and that did not happen until I appeared several times to complain.
