Unfortunately Dr Sayeds office staff, well at least the person answering the phone, who is ultimately the "face" of his practice is quite frankly rude. Answers the phone in a rush and annoyed manner, and speaks to you in a very poor tone of voice. It's unfortunate a doctor with such high stature that comes highly recommended is represented this way. I would removed this person from this role to a non patient facing position. They are not equipped or compassionate enough to speak to others. Best of luck, A former future patient off put by lousy staff
