I have been a patient of Dr. Ghosn's for at least 10 yrs. I used to complete my annual physical and then would receive a phone call with results. Now they require an office visit to discuss results and charge $103 for an office visit. The next new item is making patients follow up every 6 months and charging another $103 office visit. I have no health concerns, but they want you to come in just to say you are doing fine and to charge for an office visit. The billing specialist is down right rude and unprofessional. I had to ask her to lower the volume of her voice at one point because she was almost yelling at me when I asked why I was billed $103 for an office visit to go over annual physical results. They are also non-responsive, or very slow, in regard to returning phone calls. I will be looking for a new family doctor as will my wife.
