I made an appointment on 6 Mar 2025 to see Dr. Wilbourn but instead was paired with NP who suggested that I get an MRI of the lower back. It took several phone calls to Lifestyle Neurology and Regional One getting involved to finally get an MRI 22 days later on 28 Mar 2025. The results of the MRI were available to Lifestyle Neurology on 31 Mar 2025, and I made an appointment for 2 Apr 2025. I was paired with another NP that told me the results of the MRI and choices were to take medications, get an injection, surgery or do physical therapy. I chose physical therapy and was told they would send the orders to Results Physiotherapy for the therapy treatments. After several phone calls to Lifestyle Neurology and many unreturned messages, I finally received a phone call on 22 Apr 2025 from Results PT to schedule an appointment, 20 days after seeing the Lifestyle NP. In summary, it took nearly 7 weeks to start getting some kind of treatment and I never did see Dr. Wilbourn.
