Ignored everything I said, told me to see my primary to discuss symptoms (she was unavailable), his notes were entirely inaccurate and wrong, he did nothing and his 'exam' was to stand behind me and feel over my ribs through 4 layers of clothes. I asked to take my sweatshirt off and he seemed startled at the thought and refused. I was there for severe rib pain, yet he never even looked at my ribs and refused when I drew it to his attention. Mayo approved as standard of care.
