Our GI doctor retired so we moved to Dr. Singh at the same practice. Needed a refill for a prescription that we had been receiving from this practice for over 7 years. Dr. Singh refused to refill this medicine but did not notify us of this refusal. Finally, after 3 calls, we found this out but it was too late, we ran out of this medicine. All because Dr. Singh refused to approve refill of a medicine that his predecessor did for years at the same practice, and neglected to inform us of that decision. We never experienced this terrible understanding of patient care from our prior doctor at this practice so was completely surprised by Dr. Singh ignoring our health requirements. Will never return to him or this practice.
