This is the hospitalist who saw me in Valley Hospital in late 2019 when I began having atypical chest symptoms. I was also seen by a cardio who admitted me for cardiac workup. I was discharged even tbough I was still having symptoms and couldn't stay upright due to weakness. When I picked up my records, the admission note wasn't included. Almost a year later, Valley sent a link to their portal where I read this doctor's admit note which described severe abdominal pain whenever I ate. That explained why I was handed an antacid pill and Rx as I was being discharged. Also, since my doctors were all in Valley Medical Group, they received this incorrect report as well. Nothing made sense and then Covid hit. I didn't start seeing docs again until 2021 and had to explain that I didn't have GERD nor pain. This doc visited me for about 2 minutes during my stay for CARDIAC workup and didn't answer any questions.
