I went in to have a consultation for a tooth extracted and the team seemed to be annoyed with the surgeon (dr kolla), and openly being argumentative about him and his forgetfulness amongst the other staff members. I figured ok they must just be having a bad day, we all have them right? Well apparently this is the mood of office regularly because when I returned to have my actual extraction done, he was arguing with the dental tech who would be assisting him in my procedure. There was no procedure information prep just tossed a cape on me and said “open your mouth”. He inserted a tool Which was scraping my gums as I expressed my discomfort he says “well I haven’t even done anything yet” so I told him to remove the tool and wiped my mouth with a tissue and my gums were bleeding and I showed him this was the result of him doing “nothing”. He shot a look at his assistant which I caught and shot the look right back to him! He began with numbing the site no explaining what I should expect so I was a little tense. Once the numbing meds set in he began tugging etc to remove my tooth and I experienced mostly just pressure and slight discomfort no real pain but he was leaning over me forcing my body lean to away from him then complain I was “running”. The process lasted maybe 20 minutes but I should’ve left and scheduled somewhere else and he needs to retire!

Terrible customer service by this facility. Front desk is extremely non-responsive. Main physician does not take the responsibility for inquires his patients have during after visits. Do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional foot doctor.

Horrible accounting. Bill was paid in full. 6 months later I started getting bills for $6.XX due an accounting error on their part. I paid the bill, but will NEVER - EVER !! return to this office. The office manager should have a clue of how this action would affect their customers. Customer BEWARE!

I went in with my mom since the appointment was for her. We went with Dr. Kolla since he speaks Spanish. He enters the room and he introduces himself and continues on to say " I don't know who schedule you with me but I'm not taking any new patients over the age of 65, because I'm also old and have a lot of patients." OK? and? I have no idea why this is how you wanted to leave your first impression but it came off as rude and dismissive. My mom didn't even get the chance to introduce herself, to be more familiar with him. He basically rushed the visit, he heard what my moms concern was, but it felt like if we were in trouble by the way he spoke to us, like if it was our fault for seeing him and we should of known better because his preference in patients is younger then 65. Once he left the room, we left to the front and didn't want to wait for him to explain anything else. we just wanted to get out and I complained to the receptionists on how he was rude. where they apologized for that. There was a more professional way about going about this situation and the way he did it, was not professional at all. It was more of a (I'm just here picking up a pay check, until I retire type of attitude). I would not recommend him.

Don't bother calling them because their phone lines will ring busy and send you through a loop of "press one to reach a representative," it ringing a few times, and the same spiel again. You'll be pressing one for a half hour before hanging up frustrated.
