Felt dismissed from the moment she walked into the exam room! Had an ultrasound of my thyroid on 3-7-2025, received abnormal results through MyChart indicating a high possibility of cancer on 3-8-2025. It is now 3-25-2025 and I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER!?! After numerous phone calls and messages, some other doctor finally intervened and signed the biopsy order so that I was able to schedule a biopsy!
