Dr. English was excellent in extracting my tooth. The receptionist, however, insisted I was a liar several times. She cancelled my appointment and insisted she had talked to me. When I told her she did not talk to me, she stated three more times she had talked to me. I showed her the confirmation of the appointment. She still insisted she had spoken with me and I had a problem with the cost. I didn't know what, if any, the cost would be. How would I know if I had not been seen? I was told they had an opening an hour after my original appointment. I had no choice but to take it. But I only waited 18 minutes. And my extraction was covered in full by my insurance. She made a mistake and tried her best to make me look like the one responsible.
