I had a good experience with this physician at Methodist Sugar Land hospital. However, when it came time for follow up at his office, I showed up and he was not there. His staff lied to my face saying they called me that morning and told me my appointment was cancelled. Then, to make things exponentially worse, they refused to provide me with a note for my employer confirming that I was at their office consistent with what I told my employer. "You can only get a work note if you actually see the doctor." Their abhorrent, senseless, and incomprehensible refusal to provide me with a note confirming I was at their office, after they had failed to inform me my appointment was canceled, needlessly put my employment in jeopardy. I would steer clear of this office, as the staff is horrible.
