At work, I had a seizure and messaged her my experience on the portal. I was told “it’s anxiety, try breathing into a paper bag and find a yoga studio.” From that moment I dropped her and found an amazing new doctor who gave me the much needed referrals and tests. Went to endocrinology, turns out I have hypopituitarism, Addison disease… none of my hormones were being produced. Turns out my pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and adrenal gland stopped functioning all together. finally go to a neurologist, After a 3 day hospital EEG and lumbar puncture they discovered I have focal epilepsy. and post viral ENCEPHALITIS.
