She is always delayed in signing off on my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy, causing me to go several days without medication. She also recently misdiagnosed me. I had to go to another doctor with my lab results to get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

I never actually even made it in to see Dr. Winchester. I scheduled 2 months out for my first appointment. She canceled due to snow 1/30, I get that. When I finally got a hold of someone to reschedule, they said it would be over another month while I sit here in pain. I mentioned I may need to find a different primary and the response from the incredibly rude nameless (she didn’t introduce herself I’m guessing for this reason) woman told me “ok good luck with that!”. Good luck getting and keeping patients. I am so disappointed in the customer service. Dr. Winchester should be embarrassed.
