one of my worst Drs appointments ever. Within the first 10 min of the appointment he told me I did not have PCOS (I have had cysts and polyps and my gynecologist who I have been seeing for years diagnosed me.) I have a history of thyroid problems in my family and I explained the many symptoms I am having related to thyroid concerns, he told me he could not treat me because I'm on anti depressants and 'not a control case.' He said the only thing he could help me with was weight loss, and I should 'eat less carbs.' Unbelievable. He also kept saying I needed to try intermittent fasting, it is know that is not good for women's hormone cycles. He prescribed me metformin and made me feel so stupid when I asked simple questions, he did not explain the side effects or purpose of the medication at all. I left feeling terrible and it was 15 min at most. Avoid at all costs.
