They push to get a yearly visit scheduled even though I advised I had one 3 months prior. It took 2 months to get a letter I had requested and then my diagnoses were incorrect in the letter. I asked the front office to ask Dr Wang to contact my insurance company to get a preauthorization for a brand name drug and gave them the phone number for such for my insurance company. Followed up and Dr Wang said she did not receive the phone number and did I know how long it took for them to be on the phone with the insurance company? What? We are still going through a pandemic. She also mentioned she only works part time. I have never encountered such poor care.
