Dr. Herzfeld offered very kind and compassionate care during my visits (one in office one teleheath) and took time to discuss my concerns to identify the cause of my headaches. She helped me identify the issue I was having and offered simple suggestions to treat (noting more aggressive treatment options, if/when needed).
