I have been with Dr Alvarez for many years. I have let things go with his rude wife to the staff. No response on my medication that did not get refilled. Even being charged for a missed appointment that I thought it was a day later than it was. Last week at the end of the year I had an appointment at 1pm. I got there at 12:30pm. I can see Dr in the parking lot talking with an officer. The office staff said it was about damaged A/C. I got called back to the back at 1:30 after asking the staff if they can go get the Dr out of the parking lot. I sat in the office for another 20 minutes with no Dr. I went looking for him and all I see is his wife and nurse. I go back to the nurse and inform him the dr has left the parking lot in hi car. I want my $45 dollars back for his no call no show. I have over paid and I want that money returned to me ASAP. I asked for the Dr email. I was given email which I never got a response. As everyone knows your deductible is mostly paid by the end of the year so this appointment was extremely important. I never got my refills nor a call. His wife nor himself never came in and said sorry. She spoke only in Spanish to the nurse about me RUDE. I do not recommend anyone to go to him. He has changed his whole staff and it has not gotten any better. Only common denominator is him Dr Alverez.
