We came prepared with detailed notes documenting concerning behaviors over the past 24 months, but they were completely disregarded. The doctor attributed everything to “normal aging,” despite CT scans, MRI results, blood work, and our family’s numerous examples of major confusion, disorientation, memory lapses within moments, and inappropriate behavior—none of which are normal. On top of this, the office has canceled two appointments on us, and the soonest rescheduled option was over two months away.
