Very rude. First of all I am African American and for some reason he kept calling me "girl". Which I didn't quite understand because I haven't been called girl by a stranger since high school. I had a filling replaced that was bothering me. When he began to drill into my tooth, I told him that I could feel pain. He accused me of lying and said that if I move (due to pain) again he wasn't going to finish. I feel more pain than before and he didn't even address a visible cavity that I still have.
