Dr. Ashby was quite possibly the worst doctor I have ever had. What began as a pleasant visit due to the kind office staff quickly became very upsetting upon meeting Dr. Ashby. He came into the room without any semblance of a greeting, proceeded to purely look at my issue, typed away on his computer without muttering a word to me, and handed me a prescription without relieving the issue. I called in beforehand to see if this was something that the urgent care could handle and they assured me it was. When I asked if he would be able to perform the small procedure to relieve me of my pain, he replied "No, I don't really want to". Mind you as a doctor, it is purely his job to help his patients, yet, there was no care at all. After explaining to him multiple times how much pain I was in, he finally obliged, and was very lackluster in his approach to the procedure causing me even more pain. Extremely upset at the lack of care from this doctor. Stay away.
