Our last hope our hero.My wife noticed she was having trouble doing everyday things including walking. A visit to her primary doctor turned into four referrals to other specialist. All specialist sent her to the lab for blood work and all could not find out why. Dr. Riemer was our last referral and by this time my wife was near total paralysis. She could not stand, lift her legs off of the floor, took a long time to brush her hair and put a blouse on. Dr. Riemer also sent her to the lab several times until he found out that she had a severe reaction to a statin drug. This drug was making her immune system attack her own muscles, he put her on medications and three rounds of IVIG Therapy. As time went by she went from wheelchair to walker to walking by herself again. Every visit he showed compassion and determination to have her walk again, he always had time for my questions. Now she is weaned off of the meds and living a normal life once again. We will never forget Dr. Riemer and his
