I had a very disappointing experience at this practice. The staff here is extremely rude, insensitive, and completely detached from humanity. Richard Cassaro seems to prioritize money over patient care, which is disheartening. From the moment I called, his receptionist's cold demeanor gave me a bad impression. She was incredibly rude, lacking any empathy or warmth. It became clear to me that neither Dr. Cassaro nor his front desk staff are genuine in their approach to patient care. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking compassionate and attentive service.
