Drastically overbooks, everything is rushed, and then he doesn't even do what you go to him for, he wants you to come back again for that. Why? Cause you ran out of time? Because you're grossly overbooked!! Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Cowart is just money hungry. Won't be back, will recommend everyone to avoid at all cost.
