Terrible business practices. I was kind the 2 times the Dr wasn't in and my son's appointments were cancelled. I rescheduled and finally got his fillings the 3rd appointment. I go in last week for a crown, arriving 5 min late, when it got to be 45 minutes past my appointment time, I asked how long the procedure would take because I had another appointment afterwards. They said 90 minutes, I did not have another 90 minutes and still not brought back, so I had to reschedule since they were so far behind. I had to cancel today, and she yells at me and says it was my fault the last appointment and I'm wasting her time. I said I'll get my records and go elsewhere. Only other appointment I cancelled was when I had pneumonia and a fever for 5 weeks Dec-Jan. Nice job losing a client for pointing the finger and being rude! Hope she feels validated. I was already less than pleased.
