Horrible experience as a new patient. Staff was friendly, Dr was rude and arrogant. Told me that I had a muscle.sprain and gave me prescription for a sleeping pill and a sheet of exercises to do. I explained it was in a lot of pain, after moving and he said, I know I had back pain also. I left in the same pain and felt not heard. 3 days later, I go to another Dr and he does xrays and gives me a prescription for anti inflammatory pills, a muscle relaxer and a referral for PT. 3 days later!!!
From start to finish my experience with this office was amazing. Thank you all. Meeting Dr. Strain was a pleasure and his care for my dad was much appreciated. Highly recommend Dr. Strain and this office.
