I made an appt. with Dr. Caruso’s office in late April. The appt. was scheduled for June 2, 2022 @ 11:30 am. Along with my husband we both put the date & time in our Reminders. On June 2, 2022 arrived at 11:20 when I went to check in there was no scheduled according to the two ladies at the front desk. At no time did either one of those ladies say to me let’s get you in ASAP sorry for the mix up…..nothing. I like Dr. Caruso but he needs to have a talk with the fair skin black woman and the heavy set white woman with blonde hair. Customer service is obviously not in their wheelhouse.
