I wish it was possible to give zero stars. I work in primary care and have worked in health care my entire career. I have never met a provider that was so rude and condescending. My 83 year old grandfather has prostate cancer. He had decided to stop treatment, but was told by his other provider that if he got worse and decided to resume treatment there were other options that could help. His response was 'no one would have told you that.' This man repeatedly yelled at my grandfather, stating 'I know all about your history, what I don't know is why you are here today'. Each time my grandfather would start to talk he would begin to yell again and cut him off. There were multiple other unacceptable comments made at the visit, but at the end of the visit he said, 'the two of you need to have a discussion and he needs to make a decision, you can let the nurse know what you want to do' and left the room. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR A MEDICAL 'PROFESSIONAL'
