Dr. Guzzetta has had a genuine concern for understanding all of my complex conditions and how to navigate pain management when I commonly have severe reactions to medications. At my first appointment, I took him a copy of my medical history 4 inches thick. When I came back to the next appointment, he understood everything that was wrong with me when most doctors want to give me antidepressants and not see me again. Iv'e been dismissed by dozens of doctors that tell me its all in my head. He never treated me that way. He has been willing, and cooperative to change dosages and try different medication's to accommodate my pain management needs that are difficult to navigate. If you have complexities like mine, and need pain management, this is your man. If you are a pill seeker, don't bother, because-he will filter you out within two visits. He is direct and to the point, but if you work with him, you will find out that he really cares about trying to help you.William P
