Dr. Wikiera was laid back and came into the room prepared. He had already studied the referral from another doctor and consulted with another specialist to plan. Ultimately, he decided that I would be better served by another specialist at a larger facility with all the required tools. I respect this so much. He could have opted for a more invasive process that he could complete, but kept my best interest first. The staff at this office is amazing. Before they even met me, they called to go over everything. Hannah was amazing. She is very compassionate and personable. The other staff I interacted with once I arrived were also pleasant. Bottom line, this is a pleasant practice and I would not think twice about returning if needed. This practice operates efficiently and is prepared for their patients.
