I have been seeing Dr Castagnino for 18 years now. He has been exceptional….he caught my heart issues and then my cancer before it metastasized and he is always available, takes his time, follows up and is very genuine and sincere. I feel I am blessed to have him in my corner. He has saved my life!!!
