Patient Reviews
Dec 11, 2025
My experience with Dr. Wilk was so bad that I had to transfer my care to have another surgeon finish what he apparently could not. Every office appointment I had with him, except for the initial consult, had a consistent pattern: about a week before each appointment (including surgery days), I would get a terse email that it was being summarily rescheduled to some date that I did not choose, but was inevitably about another 3-4 weeks out. No phone call to ask about rescheduling (even when moving a surgery date!!).I finally told him I was changing doctors after he canceled a post op for my right hip and moved my left hip surgery twice right before Christmas. The doctor should be able to appreciate how disruptive cancellations are, but I just don't think he cares. On top of the constant cancellations, the guy comes off as moody and annoyed most of the time. In closing, it's hard to recommend a doctor who will not keep appointment, or even call to attempt to rectify the situation.
