Patient Reviews
Dec 03, 2025
The issue I have is with the staff in the back. I completed the PAP paperwork, which included a lot of personal information, including my income and at the end of my appointment and handed it directly to one of the nurses. When I called to check on the status of my prescription, I was told that it had never been sent because I “didn’t complete the paperwork.” That was frustrating because I absolutely did complete it. Furthermore, if the paperwork must be completed in the office and cannot be faxed or emailed, why did it take me calling to check on the status for anyone to notice it was missing? That’s something the staff should be keeping track of. I’ve been waiting two weeks, and no one reached out—I had to follow up myself. They made me feel as if it was my fault the paperwork wasn’t uploaded, even though I completed it in the office on the day of my visit.
