Dr. Byrne came into the room during a pandemic with his mask half off and did not put it on completely until I asked him to do so. At this point, he scoffed at me said that he'd been vaccinated and could not spread COVID. (A scientifically questionable statement). He spoke down to me the entire 12 minutes that he spent with me. He said that he didn't have an MRI in the system for me when he, in fact, had 2. Once he finally pulled it up, he glanced at it for less than a minute. I had to ask each question multiple times before he would give me answers. His answers were mostly single sentences and he did not want to explain things to me. Some of his statements were contradictory to his other statements. It was clear that he had no interest in helping me.
