Dr Wallace was awful !!! We we were offered appointment they didn’t say he liked patients to be seen in office so we made a video appointment when the day comes for the appointment and we are waiting for his call he calls on regular phone and says he sent email and obviously it’s not working because I haven’t received it yet and asked a couple questions and pretty much told Me to reschedule wouldn’t even help at all wouldn’t told me basically he didn’t have time because he leaves at a certain time wouldn’t even talk to my son wasn’t even sympathetic that we had been waiting so long for an appointment and that if he wanted his appointments seen in office he should clarify with his scheduler so that won’t be the first option she gives he did not listen he very much showed he didn’t care and I’m very disappointed that he couldn’t even have a little bit of compassion
