I had to choose a new primary after mine announced she was retiring. The first few visits were fine. After I had a larger issue to diagnose she was dismissive and uncompassionate. I had to push for a referral for help. Afterwards she tried to cancel my referral and interfered with getting an appointment scheduled with a specialist. The specialist ended up finding a tumor. A few months later when I put in a prescription request I received a message from her receptionist to look for a new primary. When I picked up my prescription there was a note they read that said the same thing. This is adolescent behavior I would not expect from a medical doctor.
