I think he is one of the worst ER doctor i have ever met. My primary sent me to the er bc I was experiencing problems with my central line. This doctor told me, what i was experiencing was not from the line, he did not do any test or imaging,, had the audacity to tell IR was not at the hospital, they all went home. Which is bull. Because one of them have to be there for emergencies and royal oak is supposed to be a trauma level 1. So he disregarded my physician's order and brushed me off as nothing was wrong. I've been through a lot, and I am the last one to ever go to the ER unless I totally have to. One thing I do know, is when something is wrong with me. The side I have my line on, my hand was going numb, tingling, and very painful. Apparently he believes the line won't cause that. Well there are 2 reasons that it could happen. 1. They hit a nerve when placing the line. Or 2. Blood clot or thrombosis. Well the next day my hand was in do much pain, I cried. Then it began to swell. Guess what! I have a flipping blood clot.... thanks Dr Swor....I swore i would never meat such a bad Dr. Personally, I would have at least ordered imagining. You're lucky nothing bad happened bc i would of definitely of sued and I told my kids if something happens they better. This was the 1st time I've gone to the ER and was home within a hour. I haven't had that happen to me since I was like 25 lol. Even the hospitals out in port huron take more care than you did. I used to think beaumont was one of the best hospitals, but if they are hiring doctors like this one, they won't be around much longer. My blood is very complicated, things happen to me that rarely happen. Please next time listen to your patient. Don't hurt anyone else.
