Dr Baklajian took the time to explain my procedure (angioplasty) thoroughly. During the procedure, he explained each step and it's purpose. After the procedure, he checked in on me in recovery, and made sure any additional questions were answered. In all interactions he was warm and friendly, making sure all our concerns were addressed.
