Although I gave my change of insurance info at the time I scheduled my appointment. I was questioned and asked to produce an insurance card in the middle of my dental exam. I felt this was unprofessional. The doctor made a disparaging remark about the fact that I changed insurance. I informed him that I had no choice when changing jobs. What business is it of his? He then stops the cleaning to ask the receptionist if she got my insurance information. They continue until I just leave.
