I went to medpost September 9th 2021and saw Dr. Statler for post Covid symptoms. The doctor was nice enough and he was extremely exhausted at the time from seeing so many patients that he was dozing off during my visit. This was all understandable considering the circumstances at the time. He gave me my diagnosis in about 5 minutes and he was pretty much spot on. I go to pay the receptionist and they tell me "oh there's no charge ma'am". I'm in shock that they tell me there's no charge and that's when I start my crusade on bragging on the doctor and Medpost. Fast forward to August of 2022 and I start to get these weird phone calls and I'm ignoring them. I answered the phone Tuesday August 9th at 8:00 in the morning and I finally talk to someone who's calling from this robocaller and it's a bill collector company wanting me to pay my $140 for that office visit in September of 2021 that I thought was such a blessing and could have paid at the time. I then proceed to call medpost pay my $140 bill ask for the doctor's email and they don't seem to have any information for him so here we are. You shouldn't treat people this way and I had every intention of paying for my visit that day.
