Dr. Burr is great but had a bad experience with a staff member. He moved to a different practice and Dr. Burr said call to the new office for next appointment and when I contacted Dr. Burr’s new office when it was time for refills and an appointment they said the practice was full. I asked if she could give him a message from me since he knows me well and has been taking care of my diabetes for a long time. She said no. I was leaving on a cruise in a couple of days and couldn’t arrange anything else. I ended up going on vacation without my shot. I just wanted to give him a quick message. She was rude and not helpful at all. He could refilled my script (diabetic shot) until I could find someone new or contact my physician to arrange a new script. I could have stopped in and filled out anything they needed. They left me with nothing. My sugar was so high on vacation. It could have been so easy to fix!!
