Dr. Robert Going Jr, DDS

(Roswell Office) Would not recommend Dr. Going, nor his practice, at all. We took our 11 year old daughter in for an oral surgery consult. First was the 90 min wait, which I could forgive except his nurse casually told us he always runs this late due to his inability to gauge how long a surgery will take. What?? His nurse was very good at explaining our possible surgery, which is good since we were with her a good 20 min before he came in (now we are at the 2 hour late mark.) And it goes downhill when he comes in. First, no manners. Doesn't even introduce himself, isn't friendly at all. Just goes over and starts looking at the dental records and he and his nurse start talking a mile a minute. I'm in the medical field and am horrified to realize they are making decisions about pre-surgery medications and that they are each talking about different medications, thinking they are talking about the same one. So I stop them and raise a red flag. I should not have had to do that.
