Patient Reviews
Nov 03, 2023
It was probably the most unprofessional and worst experience that I have encountered with any Doctor. I waited 1 hour to be seen Dr Lins was very abrupt and wasn’t in the room more than 2 mins when he had to take a call when he came back he didn’t go over my X-ray instead just told me his opinion and that he wanted me to go to his other office and get a second opinion on my dupetryn contracture which I opted for an injection instead of surgery After his associate conferred that it was the right way to go he insisted for some odd reason that I now come back for yet another visit to his office which I did and paid a third copay. Now he said the next step was to submit to the insurance company to get an authorization for the injection. Why I needed to go for a third visit to be told that still baffles me. It can only be greed. After that visit weeks went by and nothing. I contacted his office and was switched to the medical assistant who did not return my calls. This continued for days. I then called my health insurance company who tried to do a conference call with his office and the same result. We together left a voicemail for the supervisor who also did not return our calls. My visit was in August 2023 it is now November and not a word I have filed a grievance but my finger has gotten worse and I have had to start from square one. This Doctor obviously has no code of ethics and got paid for three visits from my insurance company I normally don’t write a review but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did
